This unit would be perfect for a travelling couple or small families going on vacation; it would also be perfect for a travelling construction worker. The unit weighs under 4,000 lbs unloaded and can be easily towed by a half-ton pickup. The unit has only been parked in San Antonio and near Houston; never parked on/near the beach.

Salesman pulled up the build sheet for it and ran the numbers. He said if he were me he'd list it at $19k.
Currently there are used 2017 models in the area for sale for over $21k.
