2016 Used Forest River SURVEYOR Travel Trailer in California, CA. LIKE NEW 296BHDS. Used only 3 times! This beautiful and spacious 2016Â Forest River Surveyor Family Coach Trailer feels like a home away from home with its stainless steel appliances, built-in shaker-style cabinetry, LED lighting and seamless countertops. The double slide-out floorplan includes a rear entry into the bathroom with fiberglass tub/shower combo, foot flush toilet, and medicine cabinet. Opposite, in the rear, are two oversized double bunk beds and a built-in wardrobe. The spacious kitchen, with its large appliance slideout, includes a center island with double sink, oven, cooktop, exhaust hood, gas/electric fridge freezer and microwave. Opposite is the second large slideout, containing the dinette (which converts into a bed) and sleeper sofa. The front entertainment center includes a 32-inch LED flat screen TV and sound bar. In the front is the master bedroom with a full sized queen bed flanked by two built in wardrobes with overhead cabinetry, and ample under bed storage space.
Step outside into the shade of the 20-foot electric awning with LED light bar, and listen to music through the built in exterior speakers, which can be selected from the interior sound bar.  If you'd rather watch a movie or a game, the TV can easily be brought outside and mounted onto the exterior mount.  The outside kitchen includes a two burner cooktop and fridge, plus quick-connect fittings to allow your grill to be fed from the two front mounted propane tanks. An outdoor shower comes in handy for washing down the dog or those sandy feet after a day at the beach.Â
At almost 34 feet long overall, and 8-feet wide, this trailer can carry a heavy load but is still easy to tow due to its lightweight, all aluminum cage frame construction. Sidewalls and the full-framed floor are laminated, and the barreled roof features aluminum trusses and a seamless, one-piece membrane. This trailer includes the Surveyor Arctic Package, which means you'll be comfortable all year round with the fully ducted and insulated A/C and heat. The holding tank system includes a 46-gallon fresh water tank, 40 gallon gray water and 30 gallon black water tank for waste, and additional utilities include a city water fill, and a bumper with sewer hose storage.
