Two - 30 gallon gas tanks for your toys. A 5500 Cummings Onan generator.  The garage is 14 X 8 with 2 electric happy jac beds with the lower one that converts into two bench seats that are removable. The garage is a great space for company, family or kids with its own half bath and separate entry door.   The garage also has its own TV and washer and dryer hookup.
 The living room is the ideal set up. You can watch the large TV from any seat on the sofa without having to turn your head one way to see it like a lot of RV's are set up. The sofa has 4 recliners, the 2 on the ends have heat, massage and light up cup holders. Very comfy. Electric fireplace that can put out lots of heat on chilly nights or you can just turn the fire light on for your pleasure. Has surround sound DVD player. Outdoor TV and outdoor speakers, large outdoor pass through storage and outdoor sprayer. The back door ramp lets down easily for loading and unloading as well as converts into a nice outdoor patio space.  2 beautiful electric awnings also with blue LED lights easy to extend and retract on the main side.
 The RV is pre-wired for back up cameras and solar panels if that's something you are interested in. We have an extended warranty that I believe is transferable one time to another owner.  Auto leveling jacks make setting up, hooking up and unhooking very easy. 
  The quality of Grand Design is excellent and the R-values of the construction of the roof, walls, floors, etc really does let you enjoy camping in all types of weather. Is very durable and livable year round if you wanted.
