It was used 1 weekend and I am including everything you need for a turnkey camping vacation for years to come. I am including: Sewer hoses never used, fresh water hose and filter, surge protector, extra power cord, trickle charger for the battery, 2 full propane tanks, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, rv stabilizer chocks, hitch support cone, hitch lock and sway bars, friction control and hitch. Also both vents have max air covers over them to allow you to keep the vents open even when it rains. On the inside I am including a 4 memory foam mattress topper (never slept on), sheets, blankets, pots and pans, some basic dishes, a toaster and a cover for the stove top to give you additional counter space. I will even throw in several rolls of rv toilet paper. Im sure there are other items that I will be including as well. The bathroom was never used so the black tank was never used. The floor plan of this camper is very unique. In the rear there is a grand view U shaped dinette with windows all around. The table can be folded down for additional sleeping. The kitchen has a 3 burner range and microwave (never used), double sink and a refrigerator/freezer combo along with ample storage. There is also a built in stereo and 3 cable outlets (1 is outside). There is a bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, sink and linen cabinet. In the front there is a queen size bed with wardrobes on both sides and overhead storage as well as storage under the bed.
