The trailer will have salvage due to being in a flood. This trailer was part of a dealership buyout (Dixie RV) from a flood in Louisiana one year and half ago. It appears that trailer had approximately one-two inches of water inside, all of the underbelly was removed inspected, insulation and ducting was replaced. Fresh water level was just above main floor level. The trailer was inspected cleaned and show no sings of water. Trailer in brand new never been used, all slides work, all electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems are in good working order.Â
