This is a tremendous deal.  Why buy brand new when you can get a significant savings on this immaculate, barely used RV.  This is the 37-1/2 foot bunk style 5th wheel, loaded with options! It's luxury camping at its finest, allowing you to take all the amenities with you!
There is a large master bedroom, stainless steel appliances, full size refrigerator, 4 TV's, 2 air conditioning units, 2 bathrooms, a full-size shower, fireplace, central vacuum, tons of closet and cupboard space and storage, and so much more for the family to enjoy camping in comfort and style!  All this is equipped with 5 large slide outs.  Sleeps 10 people with no problem. The bunk style really makes it private and enjoyable for multiple family combinations to be able to comfortably vacation together.  The photos do not fully showcase the bunk area features.  It is in the back of the RV and a suite all of its own, it's equipped with two bunks on both sides of the room and a couch that converts to a sleeper (one top bunk is a fold-out and one bottom is a fold-out for flexible space use).  Additionally, it features its very own bathroom.  It easily accommodates a larger family and its location to the master on opposite ends allows for complete privacy. 

There is plenty of room, inside and out.  The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are extremely spacious.  The finishes are high quality and very sharp in appearance.  The furniture is incredibly comfortable and allows a lot of space for convenient and easy lounging options. The kitchen is well designed and gives the feel of a home-sized space with tons of storage and cooking areas.
The outdoor amenities bring the camping experience to life, with a large awning, modern outdoor kitchen area, TV and grill hook-up.  You can sit by your campfire with the convenience of inside, modern camping amenities outdoors. 
According to the Jayco website, the MSRP on this model is $81,402 and that does not include the dealer freight and prep charges.  With all the options, this particular one was listed at over $87,000 when I bought it -- I've invested well into the mid $80's on it.  I also added a few thousand dollars in stain resistant coating on the exterior.  And there is a 5-year warranty that comes with it!

I am liquefying assets and looking to just get back some of what I've got into it.  Depending on location, I would be willing to deliver the RV to you and your location if necessary.
