2016 Used Keystone SPRINGDALE 1800BH Travel Trailer in Florida, FL. Excellent and economic trailer floorplan that can sleep up to 6 in an efficient space; this is a great starter trailer for the occasional camper.  Will be moving to California soon and unfortunately won't be able to take our trailer with us.  Very gently used condition of a trailer we've only had just over a year after trading in a pop-up truck-camper. The queen mattress is still in its original plastic wrap and the bunk bed mattresses were kept under mattress covers.  Wall-mounted 28" Roku Smart TV installed and many RV accessories included (including >$500 complete hitch/sway/friction control system). Have only pulled the trailer less than 2,500 miles for our occasional trips down to Orlando about every-other-month.  Everything works great with no mechanical/appliance issues; 3-way fridge, water-heater, A/C, propane heater and stove, oven vent, ceiling fan in bath, roof antenna, outlets, alarms, plumbing, etc.  Lighting has all been switched to efficient white LED bulbs but standard bulbs still available.  The patio awning was removed (and bolt holes were patched with silicone) due to an unfurling event on the highway on our second trip but we've continued to use it without the awning--the selling price is already discounted to account for both no awning and needing to find a new owner quickly before moving.  Thank you or your interest and please do not hesitate to reach out with question or for a showing.
