Description

2016 Used Keystone SUMMERLAND 1700FQ Travel Trailer in Pennsylvania, PA. This is a barely used 2016 Keystone Summerland Mini 1700FQ in great condition bought off a lot in October of 2017. Mileage is under 2,000 miles, used for one trip! Black tank was never used (compost toilet was installed but the original toilet is now back in place). There are a few cosmetic issues (a few holes in screens, etc), but its in great shape otherwise. The floorplan is perfect with the bed at the front of the trailer and the kitchen in the middle, there's a bathroom at the back with a full shower/tub and large vanity/sink. There is an AC unit (not currently installed, never used so presumably it works fine), a furnace which was used and works great, a refrigerator which is a good size, and a small microwave over the two burner propane cooktop.

There is ample space to store things, there is storage under the dining buffet, the dining space converts into a bed for younger kids to use (the buffet seats 4). The bed is large with two wardrobes on either side with a rail to hang clothes. There is also a large storage area underneath the bed, I have the rails purchased to install the bed lift but didn't ever get it installed, I'll include them for you. There is plenty of cabinet space for things like food and dishes/etc over the kitchen countertop and over the dining buffet, and there are two drawers under the sink which work great for silverware and things.

The trailer has a 65 amp hour battery that came with it, and a single 20 lbs propane tank is included. This is a great camper for boondocking or staying at campgrounds, it is self-contained so you don't need hookups if you want to get by on the battery or solar. I had solar hooked up to it and it worked great (solar isn't included but I can give you tips if you're just getting started). It includes a manual awning which I've only ever rolled out I think twice, and storage accessible from the outside that is pass thru. There are stabilizer jacks which are manually operated. The tires are nitrous filled, I think they are 13", the height is good for getting around in tighter places with rough roads. Towing is easy, I had never towed anything but the camper is small enough that its easy to manuever. All manuals are included.
