In great condition. Was fully detailed inside after every camping trip, and I regularly wash and wax. The dining table folds down into another bed. It is a true 4 season camper with heated and enclosed underbelly and dual pane windows. All drawers are automatic/soft close. The awning has a sensor in it for when it is too windy, it automatically closes so there is no damage. Tires and brakes in great condition, and bearings were recently serviced.

I have done the following modifications:

Added shelving in closet
Added slide out shelf under sink
Built custom dog kennel under bed, has two kennels that are divided
Added various hooks for convenience
Added paper towel holder next to microwave
- Swapped out the factory mattress for a residential sized one
