2016 Used Pacific Coachworks NORTHLAND M-27RLSS Travel Trailer in California, CA. 2016 Pacific Coach Works 27RESS.* We are the original owners. We bought it in late 2016 from Camping World. Probably only used it about 8 times and absolutely love it but we need to put money into other things now. We are very sad to see it go especially considering how much our kids love camping. Its in almost perfect condition. All factory except I upgraded the propane tanks to two 7 gallon tanks instead of the stock 5gal. Also just put new batteries on it. (Factory ones didn't last long)
-It has 3 slide outs. 2 of them are in the back of the rig on opposing walls which makes the living area big a spacious. The third slide is the closet in the bedroom which is located in the front on the driver side.Â
The amount of space in this trailer is incredible.Â

-Spacious bathroom with porcelain toilet.
- in addition to the bed in bedroom, the dinette turns into a bed and also the jack-knife sofa pulls out into a bed quickly and easily. Even with both of those beds set up there is still room for a blowup mattress on the floor in between them.
