This motorhome has been fantastic for us but we are spending more time in it than planned so are getting something better for the longer trips we have coming up. 

It is loaded with all the options, and we have made a bunch of upgrades to make it perform better than a new one. 

-No lien, we have the title in-hand
-13,700 miles
-During the 2016 model year, Thor changed from a 12,500 lb chassis to a 14,500 lb chassis. Ours has the higher weight rating, and thus a ton of carrying capacity. 
-Never any wrecks, scrapes, bumps, leaks or bruises
-Non smoking, no odors
-Always used Mobil-1 synthetic oil
-235 hours on Generator
-Like new condition
-Everything in perfect working order
-Tires are date stamped week 31 of 2015
-We have kept the exterior waxed and water beads on it 
-3 TVs (1 outside, 1 in bedroom, 1 in living area)
-Cummins 4000w generator
-Over cab Bunk
-Sleeps 2 on the over cab bunk, 2 kids on the dinette, and 2 on the main bed
-Ducted AC
-DSI water heater
-Back up monitor
-Blind spot cameras
-Indoor/outdoor stereo
-All LED lighting

The following has been added/upgraded:

ELECTRICAL
-100w Solar system (expandable to 400w)
-New AGM sealed batteries (the best I could buy)

SUSPENSION AND STEERING
-Saf-T-Plus steering stabilizer
-Hellwig Anti-sway bars F+R
-Bilstein shocks F+R
-Track bar
(It drove fine before, but these suspension upgrades drastically improved the way it handles and drives, particularly in windy conditions.)

MISCELLANEOUS
-Black tank tornado flush system
-Built in air compressor system (negotiable with sale)
