2016 Used Tiffin Motorhomes PHAETON 44OH Class A in Georgia, GA. After traveling this year for our business, our plans have changed, so the coach must go! This coach has only been serviced at the Tiffin Factory, aside from two oil changes at shops that specialized in coaches. It comes with a 5 year extended warranty for the coach, a 5 year tire warranty, and a 5 year interior and paint warranty. We basically bought all the warranties so everything would be covered! This is built on the Powerglide chassis and has the 450HP Cummins ISL engine. Here are the options that we selected: All electric coach, Heated tile floors, 10KW generator, Lifeline sealed batteries (qty 6), Prepped for solar panels, Air horns, electric hose and cord reels, In motion satellite, 2 large slide trays in basement, pre-wire for traveller satellite, exterior TV with sound bar, Front overhead TV, In dash satellite radio with navigation, central vac, stacked washer and dryer, induction cook top with convection microwave oven, dishwasher, residential refrigerator, Ultra Leather booth dinette (super comfortable!), Ultra Leather Jack knife sofa bed, Ultra Leather L-shaped couch with air bed, safe in closet, Memory Foam Queen bed.Here is what we have added: Under coach lighting, Sea Level tank monitor system, a full size matching spare tire in the basement, CB radio, Tire pressure monitoring system for coach and tow, Magnum Energy battery monitoring kit.All of the new coach bugs have been worked out at the factory, and it is 100% ready to go! The coach is currently located near Valdosta GA, but I am willing to discuss delivery of the coach to you. I REALLY LOVE driving it :)
