2016 Used Winnebago SUNSTAR LX 30T Class A in Florida, FL. Only selling due to life style changes. We are very fussy, senior owners. No smoking,pets or even kids.Used very little and always stored in a garage.Only has 7215 miles. You will be hard pressed to find anything on this motorhome that is not in showroom condition. Has virtually every option available, including, full body paint($7000 option), clear stone guard on front, all weather package (includes insulated glass windows, dual air/heat pumps ducted, larger 5500w gen). Extra loft bed in front over cab that lowers electricly. Self leveling hyd jacks. Auto change over from shore power to generator and power monitoring system. We have added SAFE-T steering stabilizer and valve extenders on duals. Tons of storage inside and out ,with pass thru compartment that will fit ladder etc.. we have never used all the storage space. Very wise design with all appliances, plumbing and heating in fixed locations rather than in slideouts.( No flex connections to give trouble) large living area with large pop up tv directly across from couch at eye level (no neck cranking to watch). Propane furnace is located in middle away from bedroom ,instead of under it as in some, and is very quiet. Bathroom has lots of storage and usable counter space. Large pantry cabinets and plenty of drawers for appliances and cookware. Kitchen counter space is limited but adequate with sink covers and fold up extension. We like that there are windows on each side at head of bed so we can run fantastic fan in front and have nice, quiet breeze flowing over us all night. There are two large hang up clothes closets, 6 drawers, two large overhead cabinets and one large double door cabinet with shelves,  in bedroom. Clothes closets light when doors open. With the dual ducted air you can run the airconditioner in the room where you aren't and it's quieter but still ducted to all rooms. Has MCD roller shades with day and night shades, Corian kitchen counter tops, LED lighting, black water flushing, porcelain toilet, LPG accessory connection for outdoor grill, extendable dining table with two chairs and two extra chairs stowable under bed, side and rear video cameras, 1000W inverter and monitor, front seats swivel, driver is six way power and passenger has extendable footrest, front defroster fans, electric/ gas waterheater with MOTORAID( heats water while driving), microwave with convection oven plus three burner stove with oven. Everything is enclosed underneath. This motorhome is in perfect condition and everything has been working flawlessly. No factory new bugs to deal with. Has never been in snow or up north on bad roads.
