2017 Used Forest River HERITAGE GLEN 312QBUD Travel Trailer in California, CA. My Heritage Glen 312QBD travel trailer is the perfect family trailer. Â The trailer has double slides with a rear bunk house. Â The bunk house can comfortably sleep 3-4 kids or 3 adults and has its own TV with BlueRay Player. Also, to set you apart from other like models I have removed most of the decals to give the unit a cleaner look not to mention decals fade and crack over time, so this way you won't have those issues.
As you enter the travel trailer, to the left is an oversized deep kitchen sink, three burner range with oven, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. The other side has a slide with a tri-fold sofa and dinette. Next to the dinette is a wardrobe and shelving. In the front of the living/kitchen area is an entertainment center with TV, DVD, and Surround Sound Stereo. Â Another plus is the main cabin TV swivels to face the front 10" Memory Foam Queen Bed with with two nightstands, wardrobe on each side and overhead cabinets.
As you proceed toward the rear of the travel trailer, the bathroom is on the left. Inside the bathroom there is a tub/shower, sink, medicine cabinet and toilet. You will also find a private 2nd entrance from outside to the bathroom, so you don't wake the kids sleeping or quick access from outside.
There are plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the travel trailer as well as a large pass thru storage area. Additionally, there is a full-size outdoor kitche with bumber mounted swivel gas grill, hot and cold running water sink and refrigerator. Â The awning is huge and with LED lighting.
The best feature is this unit comes with the full remote controlled power package that controls both slides, a power awning, all four stabilizer jacks and outside LED Lighting. Â You can stand outside your travel trailer and watch it unfold, stabilize and light up!
This unit is in mint condition and comes still under warranty and with a heavy duty hitch, leveling bars and sway control.
