Trailer is approximately 35 feet long, has 3 slide, GVWR weight 15,000, with dry weight 12,030lb. This trailer is fully loaded. The trailer has a large area with large TV, Fire place, 2 recliner and a sofa that fold out in to bed. Trailer has, 6 point self leveling system, nice new exterior body colors, frame-less windows, awnings, 2 air conditioners, real wood interior. Kitchen with large residential double refrigerator, large island with sink and a Dishwasher. Table for four, Corian counter-tops, gas cook top. Master suite in the front with walk-around King bed and Its own TV. Large closet and laundry closet. The full bathroom has a spacious shower with glass door, with skylight. The trailer will have salvage due to being in a flood. This trailer was part of a dealership buyout (Dixie RV) from a flood in Louisiana approximately year and half ago. Trailer had no water inside, all of the underbelly was removed inspected, insulation and ducting was replaced. Fresh water level was approximately at main floor level or few inches bellow. The trailer was inspected cleaned and show no sings of water at all. Trailer in brand new never been used, all slides work, all electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems are in good working order.Â
