2017 Used Heartland SUNDANCE 3270RES Fifth Wheel in Florida, FL. This is actually a 2017 Sundance 3280 RES but that model didn't come up on the list but I'm attaching a photo. This unit was purchased brand new in March-2017, delivered by the dealer to an RV park 75 miles away and there she has been for a year. This is our permanent residence and has been skirted and anchored in order to comply with the park rules as a permanent resident. All of this work can be undone and removed in about an hour and there were absolutely no marks made on the unit.
My wife and I have very much enjoyed the trailer and the RV park environment over the last 13 months but circumstances dictate a change.Â

I am attaching photos and you'll see it as it is installed. I am also attaching a screen shot of a YouTube video review of this model. The review by Guaranty RV SuperCenters is exactly the unit we have except that the bathroom was upgraded at the factory from a shower curtain to sliding doors.
We have very much enjoyed it, very comfortable to live in and lots of storage.
