2017 Used Jayco EAGLE HT 29.5BHDS Fifth Wheel in Texas, TX. 2017 Jayco Eagle HT 29.5 BHDS, 5th wheel, 34’ 7”, (Bunk House Dual Slide)
Purchased new Feb. 2017. Factory warranty valid until Feb 2019.
We used it three times and there is absolutely nothing wrong with RV. It is basically brand new but better due to added improvements and knick pick warranty items have been completed.
RV has been stored under metal RV building with dehumidifier running and A/C set at 90 (during really hot months only).
We ordered RV with optional couch (foldout queen bed) instead of fixed kitchen table.In place of kitchen table, the couch and recliners have removable tables (stored behind couch) that are easily setup and taken down.This RV can be towed with ½ ton truck (that is what the “HT” means in the model name).
No flooding in our area from hurricane Harvey.

Slide out awnings ($675+installation)

• Added removable shelves in room closets
• Added towel hangers in bedroom
• Added shelves in cabinets next to bed
• Added hinges to storage lid under bottom bunk
• Added larger cup holders in recliners
• Added shelves inside outdoor kitchen
• Added rod holders to ceiling in compartment
• Installed angle iron with holes to front compartment ceiling then routed elastic rope through holes in zig zag pattern to store items
• Cleaned up “rough construction” under RV by cable tying hanging wires and added silicone where needed.
• Comes with foldable 4 shelve unit that can be placed next to wall once slide is out in living room to store small items (you need this as kitchen counter is limited)
• Memory foam toppers on bunk beds (now there comfy!).
• Installed plexi glass on back and side cabinets around stove to prevent food splatter from ruining cabinets.

• Both A/C’s are 15,000BTU (additional cost). Rear A/C is ducted through entire RV and bedroom A/C can either be ducted or “dumped” into bedroom.
• Upgraded pin box to improve handling
• Rear bumper has 2” receiver hitch designed to pull another trailer
• Front compartment is generator ready (I also have separate for sale - custom built rear hitch mount cargo carrier with a generator box installed on it)
• Electric fireplace with temp setting and faux paux flame settings (it will keep chill out of trailer)
• Upgraded 30amp to a 50amp (both A/C’s can run at same time)
• Remote control to operate electric jacks, sliders, LED awning light and awning.
• Outdoor kitchen and refrigerator with TV setup
