2017 Used Jayco SEISMIC WAVE Toy Hauler in California, CA. This Jayco Seismic Wave 4113 toy hauler 5th wheel  features a 12'6" cargo area half bath, overhead cabinets, TV STEP UP KITCHEN, fireplace 2 slides, 2 party patios and more! You can't enter the cargo area either through the side door of the hauler or through the ramp door in the rear. When it's time to load and unload your Off-road toys the ramp door comes in handy plus there are 2 bench sofas that converts into a queen size bed and another automatic queen size bunk bed and a table for entertaining. a convenient half bath with a toilet and a sink available to clean up after some outdoor fun. Laundry hook ups available in the garage.  Main living area there is a slide with a massaging lazy boy sofa, 2 removable tables. In front of the sofa you will find and entertainment center on the interior wall with a 50 " TV, lots of cabinet space and and electric fireplace to make your RV feel like home. There's also a loft for extra sleeping space. 
Step up into the lovely kitchen that offers  stainless steel appliances, 4 burner stove a built-in microwave a full size side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, 2 sided sink,  overhead and under cabinets and plenty of counter counter space for preparing and sharing all your meals.
Stepping up the stairs towards the front, the bathroom is on the right side, inside the bathroom there is a sink, medicine cabinet, a tub/shower, and a toilet, you can enter into the bathroom from the hallway or through the sliding door in the bedroom.
 In the bedroom there is a slide out with a queen size bed and overhead cabinets and  nightstand on both sides of the bed. At the end of the bed you will find another TV, on the left side is a closet and a dresser, Then another closet to store extra linens or clothes. Outside this beautiful RV there are 3 electric awnings. The first Awning covers the patio area That enters the RV, 2nd over the entrance on side of cargo and 3rd awning covers the ramp/patio area in the back. 
There is an outside BBQ  has a two burner stove and a small refrigerator to hold all your delicious cool beverages. 
On the other side of RV is outdoor shower with a soap dispenser. You  can wash up 
 Before you enter the RV so the ladies don't yell at you for being so dirty! 
This RV has an HVAC!
