We special-ordered this RV last year and it is loaded with options: electric fireplace, island kitchen, 3 Maxx Air fans w/remote controls, free-standing dining table w/leaf & 4 chairs, deluxe sleeper sofa, 4-point auto-leveling system with Strong Arms, built-in 5.5KW LP generator, electric awning with LED lights, and 50 amp service. Â It also has a 35,000 BTU LP furnace, 15,000 BTU roof AC, 6 gallon water heater, roof ladder, spare tire, reinforced heavy-duty fiberglass front cap, large under-belly storage, 8 cu. ft. double-door refrigerator, high-output oven w/broiler and stove top, 22" Microwave, Built-in 32" LED TVÂ with a Jensen DVD player with AM/FM, MP3, and Blueray. Â Interior length is 28', exterior length is 31' 11".
We paid appr. $50,000 for this unit last April and it books for much more than we are letting it go for. Â She is in super-clean condition, smoke-free, has less than 500 miles on her. Â Selling only due to a change in our life circumstances.
Also, we have a 2015 Dodge 2500 3/4 ton Power Wagon with a 5th-wheel hitch that we used as a tow vehicle. Â That is also available for purchase at price of $35,000 if someone needed it to pull the camper. Â Currently, mileage is at 34,000, and it usually sits in the garage.
