2017 Used Renegade VERONA 36VSB Class C in Minnesota, MN. Sadly, we are putting our beloved "Big & Lil' Agnes" up for sale. We are moving to Maine in July and will no longer have our "Man Cave" to store them in. Before we trade her in on a Roadtrek that will fit in our new garage, I thought I'd offer it up to the discerning members of this page!

We bought her fresh off the factory floor in November 2016, but she is a 2017 Verona 36' VBS model with approx. 12,000 miles. I am only offering her up for sale as a package with the 2016Â Fiat 500 EASY with similar miles. They were bought as a custom package from dealer new and professional connected with the top of the line Blue Ox tow package. Other custom features- above the standard Verona build- include wood laminate floor in bedroom, 8" top of the line custom made memory foam bed, Washer & Dryer, Diamond Shield Paint Protection, Custom install hi-end Cobra CB radio with antenna calibration. 2 Dish Network receivers and a computer printer/scanner in gl*** fronted cab cabinet.
She has been lovingly maintained in our private humidity and climate controlled ManCave 100% of the time while we are not in her. All of the milage was from 3 trips to the western US. She is hand washed, hand waxed and deep cleaned top to bottom after every trip and on monthly intervals while in storage. (We build scaffolding around her to buff every nook and cranny) No expense has been spared on our baby...I am truly the guy you want to buy a used RV from!!Sticker price w/o the options was $280,000.00. We paid a little over $240,000.00 + $16,000.00 for the Fiat & tow connection. We are asking $225,000.00 for this "better than New" Rig.
If you are in the Minneapolis area, we are also selling our 30' x 60' ManCave Storage condo with water & sewer for my purchase price of $175,000.00. The RV and Tow car are fairly priced- and in impeccable condition-so no low ball offers (I've already turned down $200,000.00 from a dealership that thinks they can sell the combo for $240,000.00) Rarely do RV/tow car combinations come up in this condition. You could be camping in luxury by next weekend!!
