2018 New Grand Design REFLECTION 312BHTS Travel Trailer in Colorado, CO. Header wrong, Model 312BHTS. Used for 5 weekends during the summer of 2017, owned for 3 months. The family will not have time to use it for the next 2-3 years as we pursue a separate endeavor, we are sad to see it go. This unit is in like new condition and has been cleaned and washed on every use. It will carry the transferrable factory 1-year warranty and will offer the option of transferring the additional 5-year "bumper to bumper" warranty as part of the negotation.  

If your family is looking for a rear private bunkhouse for the kiddos or guests, and a front bedroom for the parents, plus an outside kitchen for the family chef, take a look at this Reflection travel trailer by Grand Design. As you enter you will find yourself across from the side aisle bathroom with a shower including a skylight, sink with overhead cabinet, and linen storage over the toilet. Now that's convenient when needing a quick break after playing outside.The front bedroom features a queen bed, dual bedside wardrobes, plus overhead storage. There is a closet that has been washer and dryer prepped if you choose to add that option.Head back to the wide open kitchen and living space with dual opposing slides. There is a slide out booth dinette or choose a free standing dinette option, plus theatre seating or choose a tri-fold sofa option next to the entry door.  The second slide provides a three burner range, convection microwave, large refrigerator, and an entertainment center with telescoping 40" TV with fireplace below for those cooler nights. There is also a center kitchen island with a large sink, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals or cleaning up.  You are sure to appreciate the extra storage provided by the two hutches.In the rear of this Reflection unit find a private bunkhouse with a slide out tri-fold sofa with flip bunk above on the right (note these are not shown in the pictures as we removed them temporarily for our 1 year olds crib, they will be put back in). There is a upper bunk bed with a window and stairs including a wardrobe on the opposite side. A generous exterior unobstructed pass-through storage compartment in the front makes it easy to store all of your outdoor camping gear. Additionally a large awning provides shade. The all-in-one docking station comes in handy too for all water and cable. Along the curb side near the rear enjoy an outdoor kitchen which features a sink, microwave, two burner cooktop, overhead storage, a refrigerator, plus more! Includes propane canisters. Unit has the Peace of Mind Package, Ultimate Power Package and Arctic 4-Season Package (all weather trailer).

We have additional items such as an Equalizer Load/Sway Hitch, power cord, 2 sewer hoses, leveling blocks, tongue lock, 2 fresh water hoses with filter and wheel chocks that are all negotiable if I have not sold them already separately.
