The plumbing includes a 31 gallon fresh water tank, a 30 gallon gray water tank, a 30 gallon black water tank and a Shur-Flo water pump. Some of the other exterior amenities include a detachable 30 amp power cord, dual deep cycle batteries, cable hook-up, tinted slider windows with screens, manual patio awning, an exterior tv mounting bracket, the Lippert “smart” electric tongue jack, stabilizer jacks, bumper hose storage, illuminated entry steps with safety handle, HD tv antenna and exterior shower.
