Perfect for family RVing since it has bunk beds and two slide outs! Sleeps 7-10 (depending on size/age of passengers), 8 seat belts.
BACK UP CAMERA and SIDE CAMERAS.. this added feature is very convenient and great for peace of mind.
HUGE back widow in master bedroom (one of the main reasons we love Forest River's Sunseekers) - makes for amazing views waking up to seeing the mountains, streams, camp fire, beach... depending on where you camp.
The RV is kept in a HEATED GARAGE when it is not on the road, which helps to keep it in the best condition and maintenance possible; out of extreme cold and hot summer days when it is not in use. The best way to preserve an RV is to keep it under cover, which is how this RV has been cared for when it has not been on a trip.
Kitchen has sink, oven, stove top, microwave, refrigerator, freezer.
"Preferred Package" Many extras - "Preferred Sunseeker" package: 2 TVs with DVDs, leather driver and passenger seats, Pioneer sounds system, outside speakers, Ride Rite for smoother driving and stabilization of load, Waste Master sewer system. Arctic Package, which is great to have if weather gets to 32 degrees or lower, to prevent tank and lines from freezing. Outside speakers, heated remote exterior mirrors. Automatic Awning.

This RV is like new since it has been very well maintained and cleaned professionally both inside and out between each use. My family uses it and we also rent it out to family and friends and anyone that will take good care of it. We have a mechanic that actively services it between each use.
