2018 Used Grand Design MOMENTUM Fifth Wheel in North Carolina, NC. This is better than a bunk house!!! Live it up in style! Or park your favorite toys!Thank you for previewing this gorgeous 2018 394M Momentum by Grand Design. This is a toy hauler with a garage that measures 12'6". We have 2 children who do not fit in a traditional bunk house model very well so we purchased a toy hauler and converted the garage into a super fantastic bedroom for the kids. The garage now bedroom space is 12' 6" with an accordion door, high quality Italian carpet and high density padding, 2 happy jack queen size beds, built in dressers and organizers. These items can be removed and the garage placed back in its factory specs or left as we have built it out as a bedroom for you. What would work better for your lifestyle? We also have the happy jack sofas and table that can be used in the garage. You can only use 2 happy jack accessories at one time but you will have all 3 to choose from to best fit your needs. The rig also has a full length queen size bed with built in nightstands in the master bedroom.
The living room is one of the only floor plans of this quality that can sit 5 comfortably for entertainment purposes and also has a 4 top dinette table for dining purposes. I have not had a chance to take extensive photos. I can take more upon request.Â
We are unfortunately needing to sell after so much work due to an international relocation. We have put extensive work into the rig to make it family comfortable. The rig in its current configuration sleeps 7: 2 in the master, 4 in the built out room, and one in a living room loft. We use this loft for storage. It would not be ideal for a sleeping space although that is what the designer intended. This is a comfortable rig for longer trips or to have personal space on weekend getaways. The kids and the parents can be happy, comfortable and not cramped.Â
We have installed a frame mounted trailer hitch which is not standard equipment to accommodate a bike rack. You also have an installed back up camera on deck.The 2018 has great additions in the kitchen to include two island extensions that were not offered in 2017. These basic changes were our reason for going with a 2018 model. They make a huge difference in meal prep. I have plenty of room as an amatuer chef to cook in this kitchen! I also have a TON of storage space for all of my pots and pans, bakeware, and le creuset dutch ovens. You have plenty of space for food storage. This kitchen packs a punch. This rig has been meticoulsly maintained. Thank you again for looking. We welcome any and all questions.   We have also installed an upgraded Rotoflex pin box.
