2018 Used Heartland PROWLER 281PTH Toy Hauler in New Mexico, NM. We bought this toy hauler travel trailer new in October 2017 in the Dallas area.  Pulled it to Las Cruces NM. Stayed in it one month while we bought a house.  We are now selling it and it is in like new condition.  The trailer itself is about 28 feet; with the hitch it is about 33 feet.  This is the light-weight model with aluminum studs and fiberglass sides.  Empty weight is about 4900 pounds and it can be pulled with a  half-ton vehicle.  The extra door and slide-out  make this trailer very livable.   It has over $3,800 in factory options including power awning with LED lights, fiberglass sidewalls, flush for black-water tank, heated and enclosed underbelly, power tongue jack, 15,000 btu a/c instead of the 13,500 btu, a/c is ducted through the ceiling, heat is ducted through the floor. 

We had a king-sized bed in the rear, two Lazy-Boys in the slide-out, and a computer desk in the front.  This could be done by anyone who wanted a very comfortable adult couple full-time rig.   There has not been any smokers, children, pets, or vehicles in this trailer.
