Description

2018 Used Heartland ROAD WARRIOR RW 427 Fifth Wheel in California, CA. Lightly used Heartland Road Warrior 427, purchased in June (or July?), MSRP was $116,000. RV (and truck if interested) is registed in Texas with registration valid for one year.

Reason for selling: I'm from Los Angeles and was given the opportunity to work from home but now (of course after a couple months!) was offered a promotion. I can't afford all of my payments plus a park in LA that can accomodate us and our needs (size, pets, length of stay, internet, etc!) so it's back to the sad apartment life for me.

About the RV: This RV is a 44 ft Toy Hauler. The layout is incredible. This has two patios (back/ramp and side patio). We've been able to use the side patio almost everywhere and it REALLY opens up the space. Fireplace is a godsend in the cold and the furnace works great (we've also cleaned all the venting to get sawdust out!). U-Shaped kitchen gives you tons of counter space, sink is awesome, 3 burner stove. We've kept appliances on the counters even on the go with no issues! Main bedroom has a king size bed with upgraded matress and TV. Closets are huge and accomodate me which is saying something. We took the bedroom door off for our own reasons but are happy to put it back on for you. Bathroom has a tub (that actually works) and a great showerhead. We've added shower storage that suction to the walls which are amazing. All 5 recliners work, each end recliner also has vibrators/massagers. The garage I believe is about 11 ft and has a bathroom (toilet only) and a sink outside of the restroom. Also has two queen beds that come down. The bottom queen also folds into a dinette which is where I normally work and is great. We added a matress to the top bunk to make it more comfortable and also upgraded the garage + living room TVs. There is also a bunk in the living room, we took the matress from the garage and put it up there and now it's an amazing little den/storage area depending on how you want to use it.

Known issues:
Between the windows in the living room is this weird cloth cushy thing, our cat climbed it once so it has a few scratches (not obvious at all, I didn't notice for who knows how long) and the couch has 1-3 scratches from her too.
The couch has three (center seats) that fold down to have cup holders/USB chargers. 2/3 do not charge, I'm not sure if it's by fault or if they're not plugged in.
If you also want the truck, it has a big red dent (about 3 inches tall and 7 inches long) where a friendly red pole gave us a kiss.
Thankfully the RV hasn't had any issues in our months of use full time, we've been TRULY lucky.
