The Rv is 40 feet long and weighs 14500 pounds. It has 6 slides, a 20ft led lighted awning and is auto extend and retractable. It has a large pass through storage compartment under the front living room, and another large front compartment that is generator prepped for a generator for boondocking. The 6 slides provide ample room for living in this RV full time. The living room has two sofa/sleepers, and a pair of connected theater recliners with cupholders for watching the giant 50inch smart TV. It has a fireplace that can be used for visual effects or as a thermostat controlled heater that will keep the entire front and mid sections of the coach. it has a built in Sterio and dvd player with speakers in the living room/bedroom, and outside. It has plenty of cabinets under and beside the TV for storing all your electronics and is satalite and cable ready in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has an 18cu/ft refridgerator and large freezer. It aslo has a gas stove top with venthood and microwave as well as an oven. All led lighting throughout the coach.The slides in the living room and dining room have large bay style windows for looking out as well as darkened glass and blackout shades to prevent people seeing in, if you want privacy. The bedroom has a chest of drawers and a 32 inch cable or satelite ready smart tv. It has a large closet with mirrors, another closet for his clothes or a stackable washer and dryer. Lots and lots of deep large cabinets above the king size bed and closet. This is a very nice coach and is big enough to live in full time or taking your grandkids or friends on vacation with you. The RV has autoleveling with 6 hydraulic jacks that are quick and easy at the touch of a button. It also has truck hight memory, so no guesing when its time to pack up and leave. This rig still has 14 months let on the factory warrenty and we have a three year transferable extended warrenty on it.
